Losing weight can be a struggle for many. Although it sounds simple enough to consume fewer calories than you expend every day, there are many common diet mistakes that can sabotage the results of even the best easy weight loss programs. One of the integral aspects of successful dieting is to avoid some of the mistakes below.

Skipping meals
Many think that an effective weight loss plan includes skipping meals. In fact, when you skip a meal, you may get overly hungry at the next one and overeat.  The most successful dieters eat regular meals, with healthy snacks in between, especially when the time between meals if is longer than four hours.
